The Challenge
Julie contacted Zova after her 14-year-old daughter, who wears Phonak hearing aids, was continuing to struggle at school. Although her hearing aids worked well in quieter environments, many of her classrooms had challenging acoustics, particularly larger science rooms with high ceilings and hard surfaces that created echoes and background noise.
