During this time, he has developed a deep understanding of both the clinical challenges people face and the practical solutions that can transform everyday communication.
His experience has given him a unique perspective on the barriers faced not only by people with hearing loss, but also by those living with auditory processing difficulties, neurodiverse conditions and listening challenges that often go unsupported.
Why Zova Was Created
Alongside his role as Operations Director at Sussex Audiology Centre, Bryce recognised a growing gap in the market for independent access to premium hearing technology, assistive listening devices and specialist communication solutions.
That vision led to the creation of Zova Sound Solutions: a business built around making high-quality hearing and listening technology accessible to individuals, families, schools, workplaces and organisations across the UK.
Today, Bryce leads Zova with a focus on education, innovation and practical problem-solving. The company works with world-leading manufacturers to supply carefully selected hearing and communication solutions, while providing expert guidance to help customers find technology that genuinely meets their needs.
